Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States only.

Standard Shipping (4-10 business days): $5.00 for orders under $45. Free Shipping on orders over $45. Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $15.00.

Subscription orders ship with free standard shipping.

PO Box addresses are not eligible for expedited shipping.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Billi Pet is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order through your account at accounts.billipet.com or through the Shop app.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. Billi Pet is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@billipet.com with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship outside the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.
